Every property has a story.
Sometimes it's found in the architecture. Sometimes it's the surrounding landscape. Sometimes it's simply the way a place makes you feel after you've been there for a few days.
Those are the places I'm drawn to.
I don't collect vacation rentals.
I look for homes with character, thoughtful design, and a genuine sense of place—properties that invite you to slow down, settle in, and experience a destination rather than simply visit it.
Penthouse de Punta Sur is one of those places.
It's a home I've carefully furnished, continually improved, and genuinely enjoy returning to myself. My hope is that, for a little while, it feels like home to you, too.
Meet the Owner
I've spent much of my career as an advertising creative director helping brands tell better stories.
These days, I find just as much satisfaction discovering remarkable places and preparing them for others to enjoy.
I believe the best stays aren't measured by thread counts or fancy amenities alone. They're remembered for quieter things: morning coffee with a view, thoughtful design, a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring, and the feeling that you've found somewhere that simply fits.
When I'm not in Akumal, you'll usually find me renovating homes, traveling in search of my next project, or planning the next destination worth sharing.
